The former akwa ibom state Governor and Senate Minority Leader has Visited the Economic and financial crimes commision headquaters twice in three days, and it is not as it seems from the outside.
Internal reports shows that Former governor of rivers state and ministerial nominee, Rt Hon. Chibuike Amaechi who has had his ministerial screening postponed twice due to charges submitted against his nomination, might have a connection with it.
The PDP senators have not disguised their dislike for the nomination of the former rivers state governor, who ofcourse has the blessing of the APC house. Now the APC house are trying to grill the senate leader to enable a swift passage of their candidate.
As a minoruty leader, the former akwa ibom governor might have the power to change the course of the former rivers state governor screening.
